Every unit goes through strict QC procedures, including 48-hour aging tests, waterproof testing (for IP models), and full function inspection before shipping.

All products are securely packed in carton boxes or optional flight casesfor rental use. We can arrange shipping by air, sea, or express (DHL/UPS/FedEx).

Yes. All Polarfoxlite products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We provide spare parts and technical support for all models.Please note that the warranty does not cover consumable components such as bulbs and LED chips, as these are considered normal wear items for stage lighting fixtures.

We can arrangeair freight, sea freight, or express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx)according to your preference.If you have your own freight forwarder, we can also deliver the goods directly to their warehouse in China.
